To turn the collar on or off, press and hold the M button for about 3 seconds until you feel a vibration and see the lights.

When the collar is turned on and ready to use:

• While setting it up, the lights will stay on to confirm your actions.

• When it’s on your dog and in standby mode, the indicator will blink once every 3 seconds — this means the collar is active and waiting to detect barking.

If you don’t see the lights or the blinking, the collar isn’t powered on.

First, make sure the collar is actually turned on.

• When you power it on (long press the M button for about 3 seconds), the lights will turn on.

• Once the collar is on your dog and waiting for barking, the indicator should blink every 3 seconds.

If the lights aren’t on or blinking, the collar isn’t active.

If the collar is turned on, check the fit: it should sit snug on your dog’s neck, with just one finger of space under the strap.
If the fit looks good, give the S button a quick short press to raise the microphone sensitivity one level at a time, until the collar responds to barking.

Tap the M button to choose the training mode:

• Sound only

• Vibration only

• Sound + Vibration

To set the microphone sensitivity, give the S button a quick short press:

• Levels 1–7 adjust how easily the collar detects barking.

• Level 0 is a test mode (the collar will beep/vibrate when you clap or blow near the mic).

👉 How to use sensitivity levels

• Levels 1–4 → for most situations and normal barkers.

• Levels 5–7 → for very quiet or soft-barking dogs, or if the collar doesn’t seem to pick up the sound.

• We recommend starting at level 5 and adjusting up or down as needed.

⚡ Reminder: Sensitivity = how easily the microphone detects barking (not the strength of the correction). The collar automatically adjusts the strength and duration depending on repeated barking.
