Elecane Lifetime Warranty & Free Gift Program Rules

1. About this Program

This program allows verified Elecane customers to activate Lifetime Warranty for their Elecane collar and receive a free surprise gift box for their dog. 💙 This program is operated by Magnifika LLC, the official U.S. representative of Elecane.

2. Eligibility

To qualify for Lifetime Warranty activation and the free gift, customers must meet the following conditions:

• Be a U.S. resident (including DC) and 18+.
• Submit the registration within 5 days of delivery (based on the confirmed Amazon delivery date; not the purchase date).
• Provide a valid Amazon Order ID for an original Elecane product purchased from Magnifika LLC on Amazon.
• Each Amazon Order ID can be used once (one gift per household).
• The offer is not valid for resellers, refurbished, or returned items.

3. Optional Information (Not Required)

Some questions in the registration form (such as your dog’s name/weight, photo, or quick questions) are optional. Providing optional information helps us improve our products and show real-life experiences — but it is never required for the warranty or gift.

If you choose to upload a photo, you may also give permission for Elecane to feature it on our website or social media without personal details.

4. Verification

We verify every Amazon Order ID before shipping the gift. If verification fails, we may request a screenshot of your Amazon order details to confirm eligibility. Elecane reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the Amazon Order ID, the delivery date, and eligibility terms.

5. Gift Terms

• Gifts are available while supplies last; items may vary.
• One gift per Amazon Order ID (one per household).
• The gift will be shipped to the address provided in the registration form.
• Gifts are shipped to U.S. addresses only.
• Shipping occurs within two (2) business days after verification (free standard shipping).
• Delivery times may vary by location and carrier.
• Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for gifts sent to an incorrect address provided in the form.
• Gifts have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• If verification fails or eligibility terms are not met, Elecane may decline participation and withhold shipment.

6. Lifetime Warranty Terms

Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects and product malfunctions under normal use. It does not cover physical damage, misuse, modification, or neglect. Activation requires a valid Amazon Order ID and customer email address. For support, please contact us at support@elecane.com.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

By participating, you consent to the processing of personal data (name, email, address, order ID) solely for verifying your purchase, activating your warranty, and shipping your gift. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Information is handled under U.S. privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

8. Limitation of Liability

Elecane and Magnifika LLC are not responsible for:

• inaccurate or incomplete data submitted,
• postal delays or loss during delivery,
• registration attempts made after the 5-day eligibility period.

Elecane reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time without prior notice. Participation does not constitute a lottery or contest under U.S. law.
